He provided clear, detailed instructions on the procedure, including the steps to be taken before administering the injection. He displayed an open mind and answered my questions. He is one of the most kind and professional nurses I've encountered at this Kaiser facility. He also reminded me of the next steps, as per the doctor's orders, which were to go to the lab and pick up my medication afterward. I am pleased to see that your hospital employs a nurse who shows compassion and care towards his patients. I felt comfortable and cared for. Please ensure he is well looked after.
