My husband was in the hospital after undergoing Deep Brain Stimulation. He was very fortunate to have Francis as his nurse. Francis was continually "on top of things" with my husband who was in pain but could not take narcotics. Francis went out of his way to meet every need and then he had to call a Rapid Response on the patient that was roommate to my husband. During all the commotion-Francis still made himself available to us without us asking-he honestly was amazing. It amazed me that a nurse who was in the middle of an emergency (which he handled with expertise) could still offer "presence" to us! WOW
