Fran checked me in on the first night. She went out of her way to be sure that all was completed so that I was ready for a morning procedure. Fran was always kind and exuded confidence so that I felt no apprehension in a difficult situation. She again was my Nurse when I had an unexpected procedure due to a bladder bleed. She made sure that I was ready for transport, and I felt confident in her competent care.
Upon being returned to my room three hours later, we discovered no communication had been made with my wife, who was waiting for my return. Fran kindly contacted the doctor, who immediately called and explained all that was done. Fran is so competent, so caring, and so capable...she is a gift to each of her patients.
