As a charge nurse I worked with Francisca only once every 2 weeks but when I round on her patients, they all verbalized of excellent nursing care and services. They are saying that Francisca explains everything and is very attentive. I also observed Francisca as being real, makes an authentic rounding with her patients, caring in a mutual experience and feeling for both nurses and patients. Human caring is very important in nursing and that's what Francisca delivers to her patients.

During the Covid-19 surge, patients who are positive with Covid-19 are very scared. They feel like they are dying especially when the nurse closes the door, and they are not allowed to have family members visit. This patient stated, "I like Francisca. She is the only nurse who always comes inside my room and takes her time to talk to me and explains everything to me. She made me feel important and gave me hope that I will be okay, and I can get out from this hospital. She gave me a lot of emotional support and is always cheering me up." This patient thought he was dying because they couldn't wean him off from Hi-Flo oxygen. He further mentioned that it was dreadful to have Covid-19. His wife is also thankful because she's given reassurance by Francisca and that helps a lot with their dreadful feelings. Kudos to Francisca Ogbodo for her excellent nursing care.
