Frank established an outstanding rapport with my mom from the start of the shift. He communicated the plan of care clearly and anticipated the day's activities. My mom was impressed with how quickly Frank moved while engaging in thoughtful conversation. He has a pleasant personality and takes the time to get to know the patient outside the hospital or illness. Frank knows how the multidisciplinary team collaborates to meet his patient's goals.
