1 - I have seen Francisco caring for patients, showing humility, passion, and true concern for them and their care. He not only displays this behavior with patients but with co-workers from other departments as well. At times I know RN work can be hard especially since COVID-19 hit, but through these times whenever I’ve seen him on the floor, he continues to demonstrate HEART work, while doing what comes naturally for him - compassionately taking care of people. Thanks, Francisco for your contribution to Kaiser, your patients, your immediate co-RN’s, and to those coworkers in other departments who watched you thrive.  
2 - Francisco always goes out of his way to make sure his patients get the best possible care and will stop at nothing to provide this. Francisco advocates for his patients always and takes extra steps to be thoughtful to both patients and co-workers. Francisco notices when the floor is noisy and takes special care to quiet down when speaking or giving report. I am honored to work with him, and I believe his care embodies the nurse practice act. I have never even seen him with a cell phone on the floor, and many other examples that show me that Francisco is very disciplined in his practice. He never complains, he is always offering to help others, and I believe he should be recognized for his excellence in care and the compassion he shows all of us each and every day he provides care. I am moved by his kindness and compassion, along with his clinical competence.
