I would like to affirm the excellent work of nurse Francois who was taking care of my aunt for three days in a row. The way he served can be described in three words such as excellent communication, care, comprehensive listening, and attention to detail.
First, he showed amazing communication skills by patiently answering our questions and explaining every single step when giving medicine.
Additionally, Francois showed patience and care even when he was busy. Anytime we would dial him for help, he'd be there to respond professionally. He's also a great listener and if we asked him for water, blankets, etc. he would respond with no problem at all.
Thank you Francois for making our visit here comfortable and less painful. Healing happened.
