We are thrilled and proud to announce Francy as the recipient of the May 2025 DAISY Award — an honor he has truly earned.

Francy began his journey with our organization two and a half years ago as a CNA while attending nursing school. Originally from Cuba, he overcame a significant language barrier, successfully completed his nursing education, and passed his boards earlier this year.

Throughout his time with us, Francy has consistently demonstrated compassion, dedication, and excellence in patient care. He has received multiple nominations from both colleagues and families and has been recognized numerous times in Google surveys and heartfelt letters of gratitude.

Given the overwhelming appreciation and respect he has garnered in such a short time, it was clear that Francy exemplifies the values of the DAISY Award. We are honored to celebrate his outstanding contributions to nursing and patient care.
