When Frank arrived in the morning, he was simply outstanding!!! He was detailed, attentive, kind, and courteous. Very professional and empathetic. As a military veteran, I've seen a lot in battle and have seen injured soldiers. The medics were spot on. Frank reminded me of that, and he had the attitude that nothing will happen to me… On his watch. That was the motto of my unit during battle.
