A while back, one of Frank's patients came by ambulance. When he was discharged, he had no shoes. Frank gave him his shoes.
More recently, after working his 7pm to 7am shift, one of Frank's patients left AMA (against medical advice). On his way home, Frank noticed this patient walking along the highway. He stopped, offered him a ride and took him home.
