I wanted to send you a letter expressing my gratitude to you all. My son had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in November. I was a nervous wreck prior to arriving at the hospital. Frank was absolutely amazing. They played monster trucks with my kiddo and gave him "knuckles". My son really liked that. The information he gave me made me feel very comfortable and well educated regarding my son's care. When it came time for his procedure, Frank came and gave my son a piggy back ride and away they went. BCCH is beyond blessed to have such a phenomenal surgical crew. My husband and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts! God bless you all!
