Recently, Frank went above and beyond to assist two patients under his care who were facing financial challenges in acquiring essential $500.00 out-of-pocket orthotics. Despite the absence of coverage, Frank took the initiative to reach out to the orthotics company on their behalf. Remarkably, his efforts proved successful, as he managed to secure the orthotics for both patients free of charge.
