Janice was very concerned about my health, giving me pamphlets and information about my condition, to help me manage my health after I leave the hospital. She was very professional and attentive to all of my needs. Janice did not hesitate to respond to my call button, and she would even come by, just to see if everything was okay. She is very calming and was able to strike up a conversation about things that interested both of us.
Frank is Janice's husband, and when he came on shift, he too was very attentive to my needs. Frank was not my nurse, but he would still come by whenever he had the time, just to talk. We both seemed to enjoy many of the same things.
I had never met either of these two people prior to my hospital stay, but I left Banner Goldfield Medical Center feeling like I had made two great friends.
