Frankie is a great nurse. Even though exhausted with a newborn at home, she stays on top of her job. She is always willing to assist in any way and bring you the things you need for comfort. My biggest point of note is how she went out of her way to find us an available electrical outlet away from our room setting so we could clip and cut my hair. After 30 plus days of being in the hospital, getting a haircut and shave reminded me what it is like to be civil and a person. Thank you!
