Frankie Sterling is very professional and very friendly. She goes above and beyond to help all the staff as much as possible. She helps answer the phone, she puts orders in, she calls the physicians, she answers call lights whenever possible, she fills out permits and gets them ready - wow! She does all this with a smile and a great attitude. Frankie as Charge Nurse is great for morale. Frankie can challenge the nurses to encourage knowledge, strength, and courage. Frankie is an asset to the Ortho/Neuro floor. When giving patient assignments, Frankie is professional and not condescending. Patient assignments are a part of nursing and all should be "accepting" and "giving" to them.
