Frank provided outstanding care to my mother. My mother developed a rapid heart rate after a walk to the restroom and it sustained until given medication to slow it down. Frank was compassionate and calm during the episode. I am in the medical profession myself but I began to get concerned about her heart rate being so high. Frank was reassuring and acted fast to notify the resident and get the appropriate orders to treat her condition.
It was only because of Frank's careful observation and compassionate care that my mother and I got any rest that night. I knew Frank and the resident were keeping close watch over her telemetry monitor and would act fast if any other problems came about.
