As a behavioral health nurse, Miller demonstrates uncommon compassion every day. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care and hope to her patients who are going through difficult seasons in life. Her comforting presence calms each patient and lets them know that she is committed to understanding their unique and individual needs. She walks with them on their journey, and ensures they each feel valued, supported and empowered in their process of recovery.

Miller was recently nominated for this award by a patient who shared, “She is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. When I had to come back to the unit after being discharged, the moment I saw her I knew I was going to be okay.
