Frannie is one of the most impressive nurses I have ever seen. Her 40-year commitment to Raulerson Hospital and the Okeechobee community is awe-inspiring. When I think about someone working in the same profession for 40 years, in the same place for that matter, it's difficult to imagine the amount of knowledge she has under her belt.

When my grandmother was in the ICU all the nurses in the department were great, but Frannie had a way of interacting with my grandma that set her apart. She would make sure my grandma had everything she needed at the drop of a hat. She would take the time to answer any questions my worried grandpa had about her health status. She cared for my family like they were her own. I cannot thank her enough for that! Seeing Frannie interact with her colleagues is refreshing, she always has a smile on her face. Seriously, always has a smile! We need more people like Frannie in this world.
