While there was a very unpleasant situation during my stay in ICU, Ms. Wright turned my frown upside down. She took over the situation as if nothing had happened and displayed professionalism, compassion, and great nursing skills. She helped to ease my mind during a very alarming medical situation. It was a joy to have her as my nurse on the 4th floor also once I was well enough to leave the ICU. Frannie Rocks!
