Fred Bivona has completely spoiled us and embodies "The skill to heal. The spirit to care." Fred treated us like we were the only patient in the world. He was courteous, compassionate and caring and always on top of ours and our daughter's needs. I never had to ask when she was due for meds because Fred knew and told me. In addition, any request or question of ours was answered without seeming like we were a bother. Fred even called to check on our daughter on a day off when she had surgery.
