Freda Williams, RN

Freda joined DaVita 5 ½ years ago as an LVN. She completed her RN and became a Charge Nurse with Central Fort Worth in September of 2021. She was an excellent Charge Nurse and when our CC moved to a smaller 12-chair clinic in March of 2023, Freda was the best choice for the open position. She has excelled as our Clinical Coordinator, bringing our DQI up to the top 20%, and has maintained it since. She is a dedicated loyal DaVita teammate that is a true asset to our patients and our team. She is a joy to work for as she truly lives the DaVita Way. We are grateful she is on our team!
