Fred embodies someone who goes beyond his duty. During one of our sessions, I faced difficulty during the procedure. The patient was in pain and was getting hard to manage; the allowed session time was at it's end and I was starting to panic. I could not place the dental matrix properly due to the case difficulty. Fred noticed this and came to assist me personally and help me place the matrix. It was not his and was already his break time, but he stayed with me for an hour until we solved the problem. He is always like that, helpful and giving.

Being the one in charge of the 6th floor, he does everything he can to help students and even, at times, assist us when the area gets really busy. How he handles his organization is excellent, as shown by the great teamwork of his team. As we finish this year, I want to give thanks and appreciation to Fred, who has shown us genuine care and been supportive of us in achieving our goals. The year has been amazing, and I wish him continued success.
