From the moment Fred was assigned as my RN, he went out of his way to make me comfortable. He is very knowledgeable, explained the answers to my questions in a way that I could understand, took his time to answer any questions I had, and had much patience with me. Fred is very compassionate, and it's clear that he loves his job and genuinely cares for the people he watches over. I really appreciate him for being so caring and kind; he made my stay somewhat enjoyable. I will never forget what Fred has done for me, and I am deeply grateful to him.
