Frederick Tatum is an exceptional leader who works on the floor with his staff by picking up mats, blankets and trash. He also does above and beyond his duty to help with emergency medication to ensure patient and staff safety. We had a patient who broke off a piece of smoke detector in room#8, and threatened to kill himself. The object he had was circular with sharp edges. Fred went into the room and sat beside the patient and negotiated a phone call for the sharp object. He spoke calmly with the patient and no one got hurt. Thanks Fred for all you do!
