Fredlyn is very knowledgeable and answers any questions I have, she takes the time out of her busy day to chat and help take my mind off of my pain. Her IV care was perfect. Fredlyn makes you feel safe and that her patients matter and are not just a number. She helped by talking with me and made me feel better. She deserves recognition so others follow her lead. Compassion, laughter and encouragement and trust is what I enjoyed. She's the best nurse I've had and an asset to St. Joe's.

I nominate Freddie because she if one of the best nurses I have ever had and I spend at least 5 months a year in the hospital. I have never seen a nurse care for their patients as much as she does. She's almost better than my mom!! If I call for her, she is here within 5 min. I don't have to ask her for a medicine, she comes in with it on time. She's a great nurse.
