Thank you for the outstanding care my father received from your nurses while he was a patient. The nurse that really stands out the most to us though, is Freeman. He was with us through the worst part with Dad. He was very compassionate, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Everyone in our family (and that's about 15 people) commented on the high level of care Freeman provided, especially as we approached the decision to honor Dad's living will and DNR. He was very knowledgeable about what was happening and would happen. When we had questions or concerns, invariably someone would say, "Let's ask Freeman". He had great bedside manner with Dad, which we appreciated greatly. Dad was taken to hospice care upstairs, and passed the next day at noon. Freeman treated him with dignity and care, and helped the rest of us through a very difficult experience.
