Frenz Ara Jacosalem, RN

Frenz’s standard of nursing was exemplary, and I think the care quality she gives should be acknowledged with a DAISY Award. I can't thank her enough. She goes the extra mile in all she does for patients. This nurse goes the extra mile, not just for me but all her patients. She gave comfort when I felt upset, just a hand on mine. She looked for the little things, like adjusting my pillows and making me comfortable without being asked, and helping me to the toilet to keep me safe. These little things she does with a big smile on her face that says ‘I Care.’ She even gave me tablets one by one when I was struggling to get them down. She kept my table tidy for me when I couldn’t, all while being busy with other patients. She reassured me and kept me informed – I have been an inpatient many times, and her standard of nursing was exemplary and gave me confidence to get better. Her leadership qualities were first class, and I thank her for her kindness. She sees what is needed before being asked. She just does it. She is a good example for other nurses to learn from and a huge benefit in the patient's well-being. She sees what patients need instinctively!
