As a patient, I find Nurse Friday to be a very good and highly skilled nurse. One of her assets that makes me comfortable as a patient under her care is that she confidently explains everything that I need to know about my condition as a patient. I can see how knowledgeable she is when answering my questions, in addition to her very approachable attitude. I felt very comfortable asking her questions because she always had an answer, which made me feel more comfortable. She was able to attend to all my needs with ease.
