Since my admission on the unit, Fritz Brillantes has led the way in excellence, instilling great professionalism at all times, keeping me informed while always getting answers for any questions I may have, and many of the staff stated that they were trained by him.
Fritz sets the standard and shows daily how staff should conduct themselves. He truly makes me feel like he cares for my health and wellbeing. He truly treats you like you were one of his own family. He lets me know of upcoming appointments, ensures all needs are met and proves he's an asset by his work ethics. He should be acknowledged for doing his job above standards, with great commitment. He is appreciated for the care he provided.
