I would like to nominate both Shad Mack and Gabi Francois for the DAISY award. They both went beyond what was necessary to explain and comfort me in what was a very frightening and stressful time in my life. I felt much more at ease going into the various procedures I had after their very thorough and detailed explanations. The hospitality shown to me by these two team members was exemplary and I believe they both embody the Franciscan values of Our Lady of the Lake.
