Gabby consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and co-workers. She takes the time to get to know her patients and does whatever she can to make sure they are comfortable. In addition to helping her patients heal physically, Gabby also attends to their emotional needs.
Gabby is an excellent role model to new nurses and takes them under her wing. As a preceptor, Gabby teaches new nurses how to be compassionate and kind to our ICU patients and families.
