I brought my baby in for a 24-hour check and was very distressed that he was losing weight. Gabby took a lot of time to reassure me that this is normal, and she was not worried, and I shouldn't be either. She understood that even though this is normal, since I am a first-time mom, it is difficult not to be emotional. She was very patient with me, answered all my questions, and continued to reassure me. Very positive experience, and it is very clear she knows her stuff!! I have seen her an additional time for continued support with breastfeeding and pumping.
