I was a patient at Banner Thunderbird. Gabby made it so much better. I only got her for my first couple of days and then she had days off, but I got the pleasure of having her again on my discharge day. She consistently cared if I was comfortable, warm, cold, hungry, or in pain. With her, I didn't have to worry if she would keep her word and come back on time with my medication. She even asked what I wanted for breakfast and ordered it for me. She kept in contact with my daughter and made sure my discharge went well. When she was my nurse, I never worried or wondered if I would get care on time. I thank her so very much. There need to be more nurses like her. I truly missed her on my days off and was so excited on the day of her return.
