From the moment I was received into Primary Care, I immediately felt welcomed. This ambiance was continued by the hospitality of Nurse Gabriella E. Rivera. From start to end, I felt comfortable engaging any questions regarding my health concerns. Nurse Gabriella strikes me as the type of person who has a deep sense of passion for her work. She was very patient in answering all my questions regarding the vaccine I was receiving that day. She was even kind enough to advise me with the best course of action for health concerns I had that were unrelated to my visit for the day. During the trip to pick up my vaccine, I witnessed her warm personality firsthand as she greeted other patients and staff with uncanny kindness.

For all of this and more, I believe Nurse Gabriella is wholeheartedly a DAISY Nurse. She was compassionate towards my fear of needles. She calmed me by telling me she had the smallest needle She said she had a slight fear of needles also which made her believable to me. She told me what to expect once the needle was injected. She told me she was good and had given over 1000 shots to people due to COVID. She had a method where I did not feel the needle injected but later I felt the sting which she minimized by injecting it slower than normal. It was a great experience thus I think she is the best shot giver ever!
