Gabby literally made me, “for the first time in a long time,” feel like I was actually being taken care of. Each day under her care, she came when I needed her, and she listened to my problems of what pain or what I was going through at that moment. In a time where bedside manner is extremely lacking in the medical field, I actually felt like I was being heard just by Gabby listening; it made me not sink into a spiral of depression because I wasn’t being dismissed after not getting any answers from the doctors at the time.
