Gabby is always kind and was willing to help me out of bed, along with the other nurses and staff. I could barely walk due to frostbite, and my feet were beginning to heal, but I was in a lot of pain. I felt powerless as a grown man to have people helping me. Gabby got Lidocaine cream and rubbed it on the bottom of my feet, which were locked up, and they began to relax. She went above and beyond her job. The medication, along with Gabby's care, helped me, and my feet show improvement.
