Gail seems very special to me. I have never had the pleasure of meeting her until I was hospitalized. That night as I laid in my bed, I witnessed firsthand Gail and her attitude towards her patient. This patient was very hostile towards her, yet she maintained herself and never lost control or showed any anger towards this patient. I just continued to lie there in disbelief as to how she can be so calm and had so much patience with this patient. Yet, I still watched her to see if there was going to be any change in her attitude; there was none! Gail seemed to be a "Florence Nightingale". Yes, here it is Brookdale's own Florence Nightingale. Doing what she loves best; taking care of the sick. I laid back in my bed with a smile and felt proud of her and how she handled the situation and had it under control. What she couldn't do, she sought help from her peers. Great job! Her outstanding performance and mannerism were exceptionally sincere towards her patients.
