Gail Allen, RN

Gail was super when my dad was a patient. She was not assigned to him, but she answered his call bell and tended to his every need. Not only did she provide for my father, but for me as well, as I had spent the night. She reminded me that I needed to take time for myself so that I could continue to be my dad's caretaker. She provided my dad exceptional care so that I could get some much-needed rest. Because my father was elderly and out of his element, he fully trusted Gail and accepted her care. Empathy shown!
