As a family, we wanted to say a big heartfelt thank you to Gail for her kindness, support, and dedication in support of our mum while spending 4 weeks on Cedars ward. Mum has Parkinson's and after an awful fall, mum was admitted to Cedars ward. Gail was the first nurse to settle and reassure mum showing care and compassion towards mum. Over the past weeks, Gail has gone out of her way to make mum's stay as comfortable as possible even set a reminder on her mobile phone to make sure mum's Parkinson's medication was given at the correct time. This past year has been difficult for so many, but the care Gail has shown has shone through in her dedication as a Nurse. We are so grateful for all her support, it costs nothing to smile and nothing to give and Gail has given mum a reason to smile again.
