For the nursing angel in VIP Gail, I want to thank you for everything you have done for me.
I am a very anxious, sensitive, and picky patient. I faint when I see blood, I panic when I hear updates about my health.
I am admitted to the VIP suite alone, without any family members around me. Gail has a very calming presence; I feel relaxed when she is there. Despite her being busy, she comes in less than a minute when I call. She was asking not only about my health but also supporting me in what I feel.
With your care, I did not feel that I was staying in a hospital.
