Gail was there guiding and helping us every step of the way arranging approvals liaising with the team; you name it, she was always there having our back like a family member, and did not spare any effort to support in every possible way. Always doing the extra mile to make us comfortable and planning everything for our kid proactively and perfectly. She is a true blessing in our SMA journey; her amazing care for my child made us feel at home in the middle of this difficult journey, and we are filled with an enormous amount of appreciation and gratitude towards her. I believe she is an asset to this hospital with her strong knowledge, skills, and amazing attitude.
The space where I can describe is not enough to write about; kindness, support, help that she has been doing up to this moment. It is almost impossible for any nurse to let you feel that she's your baby’s nurse in the hospital and at home too, following up with our baby day-by-day, keep following up to know every single detail regarding his development. Keep guiding us and replying even if we need her at midnight; helping us even if we need support from a department different from hers. All in addition to the emotional psychological support that she always shows. In brief, she is really amazing. All I can say is that we were referred to your hospital because a friend of mine had an experience with her regarding his baby, and we discovered she is really helpful.
