Nurse Gail is special because of the extraordinary way she treated not only my husband but the way she treated me. Gail was always there to answer any questions asked of her and if she did not know the answer she would find out and get right back to me as soon as possible. She talked to us, not at us. Gail took the time to explain all the medical terms were did not understand while helping me understand my husband's discomfort. It was like she was being a nurse to both of us and she made us feel like we were part of her family, not just a patient and his wife. It was all the little things that she did for my husband and I that made us feel important and comfortable. Gail is one amazing nurse.
