Gail Richardson, RN

I had a total knee replacement, and Gail was part of the prep team. She was super attentive to my needs. She informed me of what was going on, what was happening next, and how she would be here when I'm done with surgery. This made me feel well taken care of.

While I awaited surgery, she asked me if I was comfortable. I said I was a bit cold. She brought me a blanket and covered me with such care, I thought my mom had taken over her body. When I came out of surgery, she was there with a smile and brought me a sandwich for lunch.
