Gail has a laugh and pleasant demeanor that can put any staff member or patient at ease. I speak from the perspective of both co-worker and patient when referring to Gail. She was my baby’s nurse on FCU when my daughter was born. She gave my family ample time to bond with our baby before starting her tasks. She provided care based on our schedule and needs, but was still competent, cheery and effective. As a co-worker if I have a question about “baby care” I literary call Gail. She is knowledgeable, caring and competent.
