Not only did Gail remember our family from 5 years ago, but she was also just as kind and attentive as she was all those years go with our firstborn. Gail was eager to help in any way she could, she even braided my wife's hair for her. Her shift was over in 10 minutes, but she still took the time to be with my wife and me. This made all the difference for the entire birthing experience. Gail was there throughout the entire birthing process and for a long time after, ensuring the room was cleaned thoroughly and that we had every comfort we needed. She even went the extra mile to get us connected with an occupational therapist.
