Gail Villanueva, RN

Coming to this unit I never expected to feel the way Gail made me feel. I found Gail to have a very kind heart and she was able to help me start my road to recovery. I was in the hospital for 3 days and I had several nurses who were wonderful in their care. When I met Gail, I felt like she was a catalyst for my recovery. She was so special and has a warm heart. I believe her attentiveness and her every move in my room was to help me feel better. I say this because she was very courteous with my wife to make sure we had everything we needed. My wife even said Gail had excellent interpersonal skills and was happy to be present during my care. I listened to Gail collaborate with the physicians and I could see how the physicians respected her recommendations in my care. Thank you, Gail!
