Gaileen anticipated my needs, demonstrated compassion, listened to me and most of all considered my needs. I have had several RNs in the past 5 years administer my chemotherapy and experienced every side effect. Gaileen managed to decrease my level of anxiety which helped reduce my side effects and health status in general. I am so grateful for Gaileen and believe that she has unbelievable leadership skills and abilities. Gaileen is quite the asset to the BHSF family and Ifeel very fortunate to have experienced her wonderful care.
