Over the past year, my family and I have gotten to know Galena. Whenever I had an issue during my stay, whether it being anywhere from the wrong style of bed or calling Hill-Rom when the bed had operational problems for 4 consecutive days-to have it fixed immediately. She has always helped withtalking with doctors on making changes to my place of care when things weren't working or done differently from previous visits. She has also been a God-send for the past month since my husband was admitted into the ICU in a coma with a severe brain injury. Galena, over the weekend, would go down and sit with him and hold his hand. On Sunday evening when our daughter came to visit her day, Galena went down with her and spent time trying to give her emotional support. She even helped my daughter get ready for the homecoming dance. During this trying time, I don't know how I would get through without her. In general she has been a God-send and she has the biggest heart I have ever known.
