Galina was recognized by two separate patients. One of the patient's said that Galina "made her year". She added that Galina was positive and inspiring, and Galina made her stay "much easier". Her other patient stated, "Although everyone was great on 3W, there was one angel, I call her, who stood out". Both patients commented on Galina going beyond to give them the best care. Both patient's families were also impressed by Galina's compassion and personality.
