Tai Price is a great leader in her role as a Clinical Supervisor. My story is about Tai's journey to where she is today. Tai came here as an RN in the clinical area and was then placed in another area when another nurse needed to change positions. Tai was willing to use her skills in any area or situation. Tai is patient-focused. Tai is versatile and willing to do what is best for the patients in every circumstance. All the patients love Tai and ask where Tai is when she is off. I have always said that our team made the best decision when we hired Tai. When our area was in need of a charge nurse Tai stepped up and did an excellent job. Tai took on many roles and responsibilities and did excellent job. Tai always loves patient care and will make an effort to come out into the area to speak and engage in patient conversation. Tai is a great leader and gets along well with coworkers. Tai is a great mediator and can promote unity among the different disciplines of the providers, clinic, and infusion nurses. When the Clinical Supervisor position came up, Tai was the perfect fit and transitioned into that role. Tai has worn many hats in many roles and has excelled at them all.
